Situated on one of the original field club lots, Patrick Ahearn’s car barn stands as a unique combination of second floor living and vintage car haven. Patrick took inspiration from his love of classic cars most notably a 1960 Corvette and New England Architecture when dreaming this structure up. Every detail exudes a unique charm.
A grand cobblestone-and-grass pathway, illuminated by strategically placed trees, guides visitors to the carriage-house portal, where a collection of cars, an automotive library, and a comfortable seating area await.
Inside the cottage, ascending the stairs reveals a double-height living area adorned with timber beam ceilings and antique wide-plank floors, sourced from a historic Maine mill. The compact kitchen offers modern amenities while maintaining a sense of rustic elegance.
