Colonial Reproductions’ work is impeccable – from the framing to the finishing details. Colonial Reproductions’ houses are well known for their form and function. Norman has great attention to detail and keeps a project on track, which is very important on Martha’s Vineyard since the summer is the vacation season. I have worked with Colonial Reproductions for over 5 years and the whole staff is excellent and knowledgeable about the building process.

Martha, edgartown

Colonial Reproductions is an independent building contractor owned by Norman Rankow. He has built two homes for me. My experience with Norman and his employees has been nothing short of exceptional. Both projects were on budget, the timelines were adhered to, and the punch lists were short and quickly eliminated.

Andy & Amy, Edgartown

We hired Norman Rankow and his accomplished team at Colonial Reproductions to build a new home for us on Martha's Vineyard. The experience could not have been more positive or gone more smoothly. We couldn't be happier. Despite the almost 3,000 miles between us and this new construction, Norman and the team kept us informed with regular updates, photos, and videos every step of the way. Colonial is always an easy phone call away to fix any problems that come up. They're great people, great builders, and a pleasure to work with. We LOVE the house they built for us and remain grateful to Colonial for creating our dream home.

Jeff, Edgartown

Excellent experience with our remodels. Great advice. Painless project. Kept us up to date throughout. We have used Colonial on two big projects.

Katherine, edgartown

I had an excellent experience with Colonial Reproductions. They are professional, responsible, and their work is very high quality. I strongly recommend them!

Josh McCall, CEO, Jack Morton Worldwide

Colonial Reproductions is the leading choice for high-quality home construction and renovation on Martha’s Vineyard. Norman Rankow and his team know how to get the job done on schedule and on budget in a challenging environment.

Bill + Pat, Edgartown, MA

Norman Rankow and the team at Colonial Reproductions built our home on Martha’s Vineyard in 2010. They were great – professional, thorough, caring that things be done correctly, and recommending only the best. We remain completely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.
