Juliet Mulinare was born and raised in Atlanta, GA.  Growing up, she spent summers in Chilmark in a cottage her grandfather built in 1957.  After graduating High School, her love of Martha’s Vineyard steered her to Boston, where she attended Tufts University, graduating with a BA in Child Development and a minor in Psychology in 2008.  She spent a few years living in various cities around the country and working in restaurants, always returning to the island as her home base.  In 2014 she purchased a home in Edgartown and began working for the Town as the Administrator for the Edgartown Dredge Department.  She then spent a year getting certified as a Massachusetts Public Purchasing Official and served as the Chief Procurement Officer and Contract Administrator for the Town’s construction projects for over four years.

She was thrilled to join the Colonial Reproductions team in June of 2019 as the Bookkeeper and has enjoyed learning from the years of expertise of Norman and his crew.  She looks forward to taking on challenges, fostering relationships with clients and growing with the company.

She continues to serve as the Dredge Administrator, as well as being a member of the Edgartown Beautification Committee and the Christmas in Edgartown Committee.  She is a member of, and Secretary for, the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.  And in her spare time, she is also the Chair of the Edgartown Master Plan Steering Committee.
